Parking costs EUR 22.00 per day and car. Access is via the street "Am Salzmagazin 46". You will find the URBAN LOFT sign above the entrance.

How does the breakfast work?
Freshly squeezed orange juice. Crispy croissants. Pancake machine. Yoghurts in different variations. A large selection of delicious food and drinks. There's something for everyone at our breakfast buffet. For a great start to the day.
Out-of-house guests are also welcome for EUR 16 per person. Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 11:00 am.
There are also two fully automatic coffee machines available for free use in the restaurant area. Here you can have various coffee specialties made from coffee beans from the Cologne roastery "Schamong".
Procedure Grab & Go
We offer mostly local and very sustainable products at the Grab & Go Store. From potato chips to protein bars to chewing gum. There are also various teas and other soft drinks. You can simply help yourself at the Grab & Go counter and pay for the products at any employee.
The products are almost exclusively ORGANIC products.

From when can I move into the room on the day of arrival?
Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Until when can I use the room on the day of departure?
The room should be checked out by 12:00 at the latest. However, late check-outs can be arranged with us depending on availability and demand.
Can I bring my dog?
Everybody is allowed to bring his dog, which will be charged with EUR 10.00 per night. It is best to indicate already at the reservation that your four-legged friend will come with you.
Baby cribs
Are available subject to availability and cost EUR 20.00 per night.
Accessibility of the rooms
If you need barrier-free access, we have 6 rooms with approx. 30m² available for you. These rooms are currently only bookable by phone. In general, the entire hotel is designed barrier-free.
Are events in the Loft free for hotel guests or what are the regulations?
We want to be a part of the neighborhood and especially of Cologne, so our events are free for everyone. However, in some cases it will be necessary to purchase tickets in advance in order to participate in a particular event.
Usage / Opening hours Gym?
The gym is open 24/7.
What about the use of Rooftop and the terraces on the ground floor?
You have the possibility to use all terraces 24/7. After closing the bar, the main entrance door will be closed and thus out of house guests have no more possibilities to enter the terraces.
What's in the pop-up store and where can I find it?
The Pop Up Store is located directly in the loft and is handed over for a predetermined period of time to Cologne regional companies who can offer their products for sale there. It's worth it to come back every now and then!
