Parking

Parking costs EUR 20,00 per day and car, access is via the street "Lisa-Fittko-Strasse". Please note that we unfortunately cannot reserve a parking space in advance.

How does the breakfast work?

Freshly squeezed orange juice. Crispy croissants. Pancake machine. Yoghurts in different variations. A large selection of delicious food and drinks. There's something for everyone at our breakfast buffet. For a great start to the day.

Out-of-house guests are also welcome for EUR 16 per person. Breakfast is served from 07:00 am to 11:00 am.

In addition, two fully automatic coffee machines are available for free use in the LOFT from 11:30 pm - 11:30 am. Here you can prepare different coffee specialties as you like.

When can I check into my room on the day of arrival?

Your room is available from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Until when can I use the room on the day of departure?

The room should be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest. Late check-outs can be arranged with us depending on availability and demand.

Can I bring my dog?

Everybody is allowed to bring his dog, which will be charged with EUR 10,00 per night. It is best to indicate that your four-legged friend is coming with you when making the reservation.

Baby cribs

Baby cribs are available free of charge. Please let us know directly when making your reservation.

Extra beds

Children up to 11 years of age can stay in their parents' bed free of charge. We are also happy to provide you with an extra bed for 20€ per night, subject to availability.

Accessibility of the rooms

If you need barrier-free access, we have 6 rooms with approx. 25m² available for you. These rooms are currently only bookable by phone. In general, the entire hotel is designed to be barrier-free.

Are events in the Loft free of charge for hotel guests or what are the regulations?

We want to be a part of the neighborhood and especially of Berlin, so our events are free for everyone. Sometimes it will be necessary to buy tickets in advance to participate in a certain event. 

Usage / Gym opening hours

The Gym is open 24/7.

What about the use of the Rooftop and the terraces on the ground floor?

You have the possibility to use all terraces 24/7. After the bar is closed, the main entrance door will be closed and therefore guests outside the hotel will not be able to use the terraces.
